Program details

A free, fun, and friendly weekly 5km community event. Walk, jog, run, volunteer or spectate – it's up to you!

Parkrun is a free physical and mental wellbeing exercise. It is currently run in many countries in the world and in Australia, over 500 locations.

We welcome participants of all ages; from the youngest participants being in prams to the oldest participants being in their late 70s.

It’s a great place to have a talk - some people walk and talk with a friend. Parkrun is usually 5km but you can build up to that distance.

The Parkrun route is safe and doesn't cross roads. Parkrun is free but please register before you first come along.

It’s on every Saturday of the year at 8am starting at the Leeton skatepark.

If you are not ready to join, you can volunteer. Volunteering  is critical in parkrun and gives you a great sense in being part of team to contribute to a great community event.
