Program details

These classes are for over 50's or those reintroducing exercise into their life to improve their general strength and fitness in a low intensity environment,  but high in fun. We focus on building strength with progressive resistance (strength) training, improved endurance, mobility, agility, coordination, balance, fall prevention and fun dance movement. A lovely community of like minded people who want to keep moving, keep healthy and improve longevity. Surge Espresso cafe also attached to the gym. easy parking, public transport.

Cost per visit: $12

Target age:

50 Plus, 55 Plus, 60 Plus, 65 Plus

Participants who would not be suitable for the program:

Skilled instructor for all regressions needed for injuries or those reintroducing exercise into their life or after surgery or needing to rehabilitate.

Special requirements or conditions:

Comfortable clothing, towel, water bottle.

Beginner

Leader qualifications:

Dance Instructor

Fitness Leader - Accredited

Fitness Leader - Registered Cert III

Fitness Leader - Registered Cert IV
