Program details
Tai Chi for Arthritis & Fall Prevention (Dr. Paul Lam’s program) as well as 24 Form Yang style Tai Chi & several Qi Gong exercise sets. I conduct 10 x 1hr sessions per term, which include warm ups, a Qi Gong set, Tai Chi & if time permits a short meditation focusing on slowing the breath, I complete the hour with cool down movements. My program is suitable for all age groups & most fitness levels, from Beginners through to the more experienced.
Opening hours:
Beginners to Advanced may attend 4 x 1 hour free park lessons for the month of September 2023 only.
Morpeth Park, Ray Lawler Reserve located in Edward St., Morpeth. Thursday morning 9am - 10am

Cost per term: Cost is per 10 week term
Participants who would not be suitable for the program:
Post surgery until cleared by GP
Special requirements or conditions:
Pleases wear non-slip comfortable shoes & relaxed fit, comfortable clothing, bring a hat, sunscreen & a bottle of water.
