Program details

This Functional Fit class includes a warm up, exercises to develop strength, heart health, mobility and flexibility and concludes with a gentle cool down.

Requirement: Please call before initial visit.

Functional Fitness classes are held:

• Wednesdays 9:30-10:20am

No public holidays and closed over Christmas and New Year.

50 Plus

Participants who would not be suitable for the program:

If a client requires a support worker in every day activities, then the support worker should attend and exercise with their clients.

Minimum experience:

Beginner

Fitness Leader - Registered Cert IV
