Our huge library of older adult online workouts is available to you 24/7 - you can do as many workouts with us as you like, as many times as you like! You are in complete control of your health and vitality. 

Membership also includes weekly emails to keep you motivated!

Cost:

Membership Pricing - Subscribe monthly, or save money with an annual subscription
Monthly subscription - $22.00/month
Annual subscription - $200.00/year

There are NO lock in contracts and you can cancel or pause anytime!

Participants who would not be suitable for the program:

Our agility workouts require a certain level of autonomy. Our workout library includes a range of chair-based workouts, but our workouts are aimed at independent older adults who do not rely on carers or walking aids.
We have a separate range of DVDs and Mobility Workouts for such participants, that are all low intensity, seated workouts, designed for those with mobility or cognitive challenges.

Special requirements or conditions:

Participants must provide their own equipment to each workout. This can include a chair, dumbbells, mat, resistance band, and ball.
