Cardio drumming is a 30 minute class that involves hitting an exercise ball with drumsticks to the rhythm of songs.

It is a low impact exercise that combines music and movement so is great for improving both physical and cognitive health.

It is suitable for all fitness levels and can be done seated or standing.
