Program details
The University Technology Sydney (UTS) Exercise Telepractice Clinic provides free personalised exercise programs and active coaching session for otherwise healthy individuals seeking to enhance their fitness and overall well-being.
- The service is provided over Zoom by 3rd year students who are undertaking a Bachelor of Exercise & Sport Science degree at UTS.
- All students are under the supervision and guidance of highly qualified and industry accredited Exercise Scientists and Exercise Physiologists.
- This is a structured service that provides one 45 minute session a week for a total of 10 weeks.
- Clients are expected to perform active exercises during the sessions.
Opening hours:
This clinic is run between March 4th - May 30th.
Session times:
- Mornings: 8:30am - 12:30pm
- Afternoon: 2:00pm - 6:00pm
- Mornings 8:30am - 12:30pm

50 Plus
Participants who would not be suitable for the program:
Clients are not able to participate if they are seeking an exercise intervention for the treatment and/or management of a clinical condition or injury.
However, clients who do have medical concerns, but are not seeking medical intervention from the UTS Telepractice clinic, may still be eligible.
Special requirements or conditions:
Participants need access to a device (desk-top computer, laptop, or tablet) and a stable internet connection.
No special work-out equipment required.
Clothes comfortable for work-out is recommended as active exercise is expected during the sessions.
