Program details

McLean Care Joint Mobility Group sessions are suitable for people with limited mobility.

Many of the exercises are performed in sitting and the standing exercises are performed with support and supervision.

Hand weights, resistance bands and other accessories are used to make the classes fun and effective.

The classes go for 45 minutes.

Opening hours:

Mondays and Thursdays at 10:30-11:30.

The classes are not on Public Holidays.

Cost:

The cost is $5/session.

Target age:

65 Plus

Special requirements or conditions:

Participants should wear comfortable clothes.

Minimum experience:

Beginner

Leader qualifications:

Fitness Leader - Registered Cert III

Physiotherapist

Healthcare clearance requirement:
