At Active Seniors, our University qualified exercise physiologists specialise in designing individual exercise programs tailored to your needs. 

Our exercises can help improve all aspects of your health and wellbeing and can be targeted towards specific health conditions, sports or leisure activities.

Our programs include a comprehensive assessment, targeted exercise programs and both group and individual supervised exercise sessions tailored to your needs.

Our group exercise sessions involve your own specific exercise performed in a group environment under the careful supervision of our University trained staff.

Opening hours:

We offer group exercise sessions from 7:00am- 4:00pm Monday, Wednesday and Friday (excluding 12:30-1:30pm) and Saturday mornings from 8:00am-11:30am.

We are closed on all public holidays.

Cost:

$24-28 per group exercise session when paying for a 10 session pass or alternatively $15

Target age:

50 Plus

Special requirements or conditions:

Participants need to bring a towel
