Program details
Seniors Strength and Mobility is designed to improve strength, mobility, freedom of movement, confidence & co-ordination.
The class includes the use of a variety of equipment such as weights, resistance bands and balls. Cardio and balance are included in each session.
Chairs are provided for support if needed.
Opening hours:
Tuesdays 10am - 11amĀ
Cost:
Single session $15, reduces for more than 1 session per week
Target age:
50 Plus
Special requirements or conditions:
Please wear clothing suitable to exercise in, closed in shoes (preferably joggers), bring a water bottle and towel.
Minimum experience:
Beginner
Leader qualifications:
Fitness Leader - Registered Cert III
Fitness Leader - Registered Cert IV
