Program details

Active Cardio Exercise Class begins with a cardio warm up and then approximately 30 minutes of aerobic exercises or an aerobic routine to increase your fitness level, endurance and heart rate. Cool down with a  gentle standing stretch.

Participants who would not be suitable for the program:

Dementia, cognitive impairment, post surgery and walking aids

Special requirements or conditions:

Comfortable clothing, water and towel
