Welcome to the Music & Movement Dance Class for the over 50's!
Dance is a wonderful conversation between Body, Mind & Spirit, a creative avenue towards a healthy brain & promoting overall wellbeing, while learning new skills.
Beginning with the basics, we journey through a variety of fun unpartnered dance styles, developing a connection with your personal rhythm & encouraging the release of your body's 'happy cells', exercising & training the brain, muscles, tendons & ligaments along the way.
No prior experience is necessary, simply a desire to to enjoy & celebrate yourself in dance. A gentle warm-up & warm-down is integral to the dance experience.
