Program details

The Zumba program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away. 

Zumba fanatics achieve long term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in one exciting hour of calorie-burning, body-energizing, awe-inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate for life. 

The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training and combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat.

Cost:

Casual cost $20 per class.

Available as part of the centre membership. Please contact the centre to discuss what options are available.

*Price as per 24/25 fees and charges. All prices increase on the 1st of July each year. Please check in centre for up to date costs

Target age:

50 Plus

Special requirements or conditions:

Enclosed shoes must be worn and towel must be used.
A mat would be beneficial for floor-based exercises.
