Program details

This strength class is a men's only class tailored to help men over 50 regain their strength while losing weight.

Individualised programs will be given to participants to address injuries or movement restrictions.

The classes run for 60 minutes and they are small classes with a maximum of 4 men.

It is a prerequisite that participants undergo an initial assessment in private. 

Opening hours:

Tuesday and Thursdays at 7.30am.

May not be available on public holidays and the week between Christmas and New Years Day.

$40 per class

50 Plus

Participants who would not be suitable for the program:

Those who aren’t able to participate independently for periods of time (5minutes). Cognitive impairments, acute post surgery people with walking aids, and those who are unable to walk up and down stairs at a normal pace.

Special requirements or conditions:

It is recommended that clients train barefoot to allow for a global understanding of movement. Towel and water bottle recommended, drinking water tap, toilets and showers provided.
