Program details
All group Aqua Aerobics classes are specifically designed and programmed for adults over the age of 55. Classes are conducted in a beautiful indoor pool which is kept at a temperature of 28-30 degrees.
- All instructors are qualified in aqua fitness.
- Class numbers are limited to 15 participants.
Opening hours:
The Lifestyle Centre is open: Monday - Friday 7am - 7pm; Saturday 8am - 1pm
- Aqua Aerobics - Monday, Wednesday and Friday 8:30am
- Aqua Aerobics - Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 9:30am
Cost:
Memberships start from $35.00 per week
Target age:
55 Plus
Participants who would not be suitable for the program:
There is no ramp access to the pool. Stairs are shallow with handlebars on both sides. Participants must be independently mobile.
Note this is not a rehabilitation class.
Special requirements or conditions:
Swimsuits are necessary for water classes.
