Program details

Heartmovers is a low to moderate intensity physical activity class for people with health conditions such as heart disease, diabetes or obesity or those just returning to or starting to exercise.

Heartmovers is suitable for people of all shapes, sizes and ages.   

This 45 minute class allows you to work at your own pace in a friendly, fun, supportive safe environment and is lead by our qualified instructors.

Every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 10:45am.

Special requirements or conditions:

Comfortable closed in shoes and a small towel and water bottle.
