Program details

Qi Gong is a form of meditation in movement practice. 

You will move in a gentle way, through a series of standing positions and movements to strengthen the muscles and you will learn to listen to your body.

This class is held online via Zoom.

We will finish the class with a short meditation.

This is going to be a complete practice to balance body and mind!

Special requirements or conditions:

Please wear comfortable cloths, bring a bottle of water and your mat or towel.

Minimum experience:

Beginner
