Program details

This deep water class is held in the deep end of a 50 meter outdoor pool.

Participants wear a buoyancy belt .

The class focuses on core control,  cardiovascular fitness, co-ordination,  range of movement,  confidence, strength.

It incorporates Aqua dumbbells and pool noodles and includes intervals and steady state training. 

Great for all levels from beginner to advanced.

Entry includes tea/ coffee to encourage social engagement.

Participants who would not be suitable for the program:

Those who have had recent surgery or who have open wounds.

Special requirements or conditions:

Byo towel, water bottle, hat, sunniest, rash shirt.
