Program details

Learn to build and maintain strength, flexibility and balance as you get older.  Enjoy a warm, friendly and inclusive environment while practising yoga in a community of active seniors and beginners.

All levels are welcomed.  Props such as chairs, bricks, belts and bolsters are used to provide support as needed.  

Free parking on-site.  Come along and try a class!
