Program details

Every ActiveStrongerBetter (Level 1-2) session includes a warm up, an aerobic conditioning segment, some resistance work to build muscle capacity, interactive activity to build co-ordination and social engagement. 

All sessions include a challenge to balance and stability through a range of strategies. Each session concludes with a gentle cool down and static flexibility phase.

Participants who would not be suitable for the program:

If a client requires a support worker in every day activities, then the support worker should attend and exercise with their clients.

Special requirements or conditions:

You do not need to be a member of the club - casual visits are welcomed. Genesis Fitness Clubs host B-Active classes that form part of the ActiveStrongerBetter campaign in the Hunter Region.

Fitness Leader - Accredited

Fitness Leader - Registered Cert III

Fitness Leader - Registered Cert IV
