Enjoy aqua aerobics heated indoor pool. Classes are 45 minutes long and include a variety of exercises for mature adults to music. Low-Moderate Intensity. With options of backing off or to be more challenging.

12.30pm-1.15pm Thursdays at Morisset Learn to Swim Centre in Morisset Industrial Area. 10 Prosperity Close Morisset. Classes not on during school holiday breaks.
