Program details
This is the perfect class for anyone wanting to improve their overall fitness, coordination, flexibility, balance and strength. This fun, mood-boosting movement class will introduce participants to multiple dance styles ranging from Ballet to Bollywood, not only giving them a chance to find their groove, but to move expressively and dynamically to uplifting music.

The Moving Forward! 50+ Dance for Mobility program is specifically tailored for participants who may be recovering from injury, experiencing illness or age-related cognitive impairment.

When you arrive at the Bay Pavilions and enter the building from the rear entrance, turn left and head towards the dance rehearsal studio (next to the theatre). If you are unsure where to go, please ask the staff at the service desk to direct you to the ‘Wellbeing In Motion’ dance classes.
