50 Plus, over 65

Participants who would not be suitable for the program:

Please check with GP if you have any health conditions including recently diagnosed or experienced circulatory, musculoskeletal or respiratory problems/conditions

Special requirements or conditions:

Participants should wear comfortable clothing, well fitted flat soled shoes and bring a bottle of water
