An innovative and internationally recognised exercise and education program designed to educate and empower people with Multiple Sclerosis with knowledge and skills to live a fitter and healthier life.
The high intensity program teaches people the right way to exercise with MS, giving them confidence to overcome barriers not only to exercise but to becoming the best version of themselves.
Delivered initially as individual sessions to target the varied presentations of MS, then as a 6-week group program. Ongoing MS maintenance classes available following the 6-week program.
