Instructor Ric Bolzan has been practising for over 20 years and is accredited instructor through Tai Chi for Health and teaches Qi Gong and Tai Chi.
The class consists of warm-up exercises and the 24 Tai Chi Form, the best class for beginner and Intermediate participants.
