Program details

McLean Care Mobility and Stability Group is a 60 minute class that includes cardio, balance, resistance, falls prevention and strengthening exercises.

Monday & Thursday 8:30-9:30 and 9:30-10:30

Cost per visit: $5

Target age:

65 Plus

Participants who would not be suitable for the program:

The group would not suit people with significant cognitive impairment or with limited mobility as most of the exercises are performed in standing.

Special requirements or conditions:

Participants should wear comfortable clothing.

Beginner

Leader qualifications:

Fitness Leader - Registered Cert III
