Program details

1 hour sessions, come along and increase your fitness, balance, strength, help keep your independence and have a really good time.  Friendly atmosphere.

Opening hours:

09.00am and 2.00pm (if extreme heat 35degrees or over afternoon class will be held at 11.00am)

Friday

3.30pm (in the extreme heat 35degrees or over class will be cancelled)

Cost:

Cost per visit: $5.00 or you can buy a loyalty card and get 1 class free

Target age:

50 Plus, Over 50

Participants who would not be suitable for the program:

Those who are not clear by their GP

Special requirements or conditions:

Comfortable clothing and sensible footwear, bring a bottle of water

Beginner

Leader qualifications:

Fitness Leader - Accredited

Fitness Leader - Registered Cert III

Fitness Leader - Registered Cert IV
