Join a heart centered space for Conscious Connections, where I will share wisdom on a meaningful topics, inviting open reflection and heartfelt sharing - no pressure, just genuine connection.

Occasionally special guests will join to offer deeper insights.

We will then balance Yin & Yang through Qigong (yang) - a gentle movement meditation to awaken vitality, suitable for all ages and abilities.

Finally relax into Energy Healing (Yin) with intuitive palm healing and a soothing meditation, creating a deeply immersive and restorative experience.

Yoga mat for those who wish to participate in the entire activity lying down.
