Program details
Resistance training with Jess is a 45 minute high impact class.
Resistance training builds strength and endurance. Start off with a little cardio followed by a body challenging resistance workout to work the entire body using weights and resistance bands focusing on muscle activation and endurance. Core strength training is a fundamental to balance and good muscle performance.

Target age:
55 Plus
Participants who would not be suitable for the program:
Those with impaired mobility, dementia, or impaired vision.
Minimum experience:
Intermediate
Leader qualifications:
Fitness Leader - Accredited
Fitness Leader - Registered Cert IV
