At Third Age Fitness, we believe that age is no barrier to fitness. Our live Zoom classes are designed specifically for older adults who want to maintain their health, strength, and cardiovascular fitness without leaving home.

Join our team of passionate instructors for effective weekly workouts tailored to your needs.
We offer a variety of 30 - 45 minute workouts:
- Agility Combo with Carol - This versatile workout changes weekly, using dumbbells, bands, bodyweight and mats. It aims to improve overall functional fitness through standing, floor, cardio, balance, strength, and core exercises.
- Chair Cardio with Carol - Boost your heart health and energy levels with an enthusiastic seated workout! Perfect for those with balance concerns or who can't stand for long periods, but want to improve cardiovascular fitness.
- Mobility Balance with Bree - Improve your balance, coordination, and stability through standing and seated exercises, to enhance daily activities and prevent falls. This is a low intensity class that combines standing and seated exercises.
- Agility Strength with Bree - Build functional strength and core stability to keep you active and independent in your daily life. This class uses standing exercises, with a combination of bodyweight, dumbbells and resistance band training.
- Agility Strength with Carol - Enhance your everyday independence with our targeted strength-building class. Focusing on functional movements and core stability, this session combines standing exercises using bodyweight, dumbbells and bands.
Regular TAF/Live classes run each week during the school term, with special one-off classes and online recordings available during the school holidays. Classes do not run on national public holidays.

30 MINUTE CLASSES
Session Pass: $13/class
10 Class Pass: $110 ($11/class)
Term Pass (10 classes): $100 ($10/class)
45 MINUTE CLASSES
Session Pass: $15/class
10 Class Pass: $130 ($13/class)
Term Pass (10 classes): $120 ($12/class)

Participants who would not be suitable for the program:
A range of classes are available to accommodate different fitness and mobility levels.
Special requirements or conditions:
Participants need to bring their own exercise equipment, appropriate to the class they are attending. This could be dumbbells, resistance band, mat, chair, or ball.
