Program details

Tai Chi nourishes the internal organs, strengthens the bones, increases muscle elasticity, manages foot and waist pressure more efficiently, stimulates brain activity, promotes peace, faith, love, trust, justice and truth, although these ideas may be difficult to understand or implement in our busy and stressful everyday lives.

Benefit your flexibility, muscle strength and coordination in personalised and accessible Tai Chi and Qigong classes in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs offered by Tai Chi Sydney.

Sign up for a nine-week course where we offer personalised instruction by our experienced team of instructors.
