GENTLE AQUA is a great introduction to aqua classes with a focus on improving cardio, mobility & strength.

This 45 minute class is run in a warm water pool and is suitable for beginners and intermediate participants.

ACTIVE AQUA is a cardio focused workout. It is a great way to increase your cardio & improve your fitness. 

This 45 minute classes is run in the 25m outdoor pool and is suitable for all fitness levels with options provided for beginner to advanced.

Cost:

Casual class - $ 10.50 per concession (on presentation of a pension/seniors/DVA card)
10 visit pass - $ 82.00 per concession - valid for 12 months from date of purchase.

Available for purchase at reception. Fitness Passport Members also accepted for Aqua Aerobics classes.

50 Plus

Participants who would not be suitable for the program:

All participants welcome. We recommend a doctors assessment prior to attending the class if you are recovering from injury or are dealing with a chronic health problem for e.g. heart disease. If attending with a carer, your carer can access the program for free on presentation of their carers/companion card

Special requirements or conditions:

Please be sure to bring your water bottle and place on edge of pool to hydrate during your sessions. Aqua shoes are recommended.
Any participant who is incontinent must wear incontinence swim wear.
