Program details

Find your happy place! Zumba Gold is a low impact, fun, dance class for those new to dance or building on their fitness including post pregnancy, older active adults, people with an injury, neurodiverse individuals or people with disability. 

In this slower paced Zumba, there is no twisting or jumping, there is more time to enjoy the music with a bit of salsa, meringue, swing, cha cha, cumbia, belly dancing, tango, flamenco and more.

Wear comfortable clothes and exercise shoes and bring water.

Exercise screening required by the Exercise Physiologists prior to attending class.

• 10.45am Tuesdays

Cost:

$15 per class or $150 for 11 class pass (not consecutive)
Free class pass for first timers and if it is your birthday month.

Target age:

50 Plus

Participants who would not be suitable for the program:

All welcome to participate at their own level. Chairs and bar are available to use as support, sit down for a rest or adapt to a sitting routine as required.

Special requirements or conditions:

Exercise clothes and shoes and water bottle rquired.
