Better Ageing Gentle Exercise - Term 2 2025
Aim for a healthy lifestyle and join the Active Parramatta Van for Better Ageing Gentle Exercise, a low intensity and low impact class designed to boost your overall health and wellbeing. Each session incorporates a mix of; light aerobics, balance, co-ordination, strength, and mobility exercises designed to reduce your risk of slips, trips and falls, improve joint mobility and promote great muscle, heart and lung health.
Modifications will be provided to cater for beginners and most fitness levels. Chairs will used to assist and support exercises.
Please note you do not need to reside in the Parramatta LGA to attend our classes.

Participants who would not be suitable for the program:
Everyone is welcome. As long as a participant has exercise clearance form their GP, they are welcome to join our Better Ageing Programs. Programs/exercises can be modified to accommodate to the needs and limitations of a participant.
Special requirements or conditions:
Closed shoes, comfortable clothing they can easily move in. <br />
Recommended to have a small ball for coordination practise, light hand weights and/or resistance bands.

Exercise Scientist
Fitness Leader - Registered Cert III
Fitness Leader - Registered Cert IV
