Dance classes for Over 50s 

Classic songs. Classic moves. With classic bodies in mind. 

These classes are a great way to fit some dancing fun into your day, to treat yourself and boost your body, your brain and your balance to hits from the 60s & 70s.

Opening hours:

Wednesdays - 6-7pm - Kingscliff

Classes run weekly during NSW School Terms. Participants can join at any time. Single classes and term bookings available. A fun new routine is taught each class. 

(Classes also run in Banora Point, Byron Bay, and Online)

Cost:

Cost per visit: $20 per in-person class

Target age:

50 Plus

Participants who would not be suitable for the program:

Anyone with serious balance issues, medium+ mobility issues, cognitive difficulties with following verbal and visual instructions, or low tolerance for loud music.

Special requirements or conditions:

Bring: water, sweat towel
Wear: clothing that allows ease of movement, bare feet or sneakers.
