Program details

Aqua Fitness is a group aerobic activity that uses water for resistance and is suitable for all ages and fitness levels. 
 
Aqua Fitness is a part of the Physically Active Communities (PAC) programs offered by the Western NSW Health Promotion Team. The programs promote "fun, fitness and friendship" in local communities. 
 
The program is run by trained local health staff, volunteers and local organisations. 

Opening hours:

Aqua Fitness season runs from November to March with classes held on:

  • Mondays from 6pm to 7pm
  • Wednesdays from 11am to 12.30pm
  • Saturdays from 10am to 11.30am
Classes are not held on public holidays. 

Cost:

Participants are required to pay their pool entry fee

Target age:

50 Plus

Participants who would not be suitable for the program:

You will need to complete the registration process before attending this program.

Special requirements or conditions:

Participants are asked to bring a water bottle, towel, wear sunscreen and wear sun-safe swimwear (i.e., hat, rash shirt, sunglasses).

Beginner
