Program details

Community Exercise encourages low to moderate land-based activity and exercise in older and less active adults.

Community Exercise is a part of the Physically Active Communities (PAC) programs offered by the Western NSW Health Promotion Team. The programs promote "fun, fitness and friendship" in local communities. 
 
The program is run by trained local health staff, volunteers and local organisations. 
 
Programs may ask for a small donation to cover cost of venue hire. 

Opening hours:

Community Exercise class run from January to December and are held on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 9am to 10am.

Classes are not held on public holidays.

You will need to complete the registration process before attending this program.

Special requirements or conditions:

This Community Exercise is run through the University of the Third Age (U3A) and potential participants are required to register to U3A.

Participants are asked to bring a water bottle and wear non-slip joggers.
