Program details
A fun 45 min aqua aerobics class in a heated pool. Involves a variety of exercises for older adults to music at a low to moderate intensity with options for more or less challenge.

Thursdays 12:30-1:15pm

$12 per session

55 Plus
Participants who would not be suitable for the program:
If you require a support worker in every day activities, then the support worker should attend and exercise with you.
Special requirements or conditions:
Suitable swim wear.
