Are you concerned about your balance, strength, or risk of falling? It's time to take control of your safety and well being, in a fun, social environment.
Our falls prevention exercise class is a circuit class (with fun music) run by 2 very experienced physiotherapists. We have experience to modify all exercises to suit your needs. It is designed to help people of all ages to improve their balance, strength of muscles and learn techniques to avoid falls.
Whether you are recovering from an injury, managing a health condition or simply want to maintain your independence, this class is for you!

Opening hours:
Class time: 9am - 9:45 (Free Coffee and cake after class.)
10 week Terms:
2024
- Term 4: October 17th - December 19th.
2025
- Term 1: February 6th - April 10th
- Term 2: May 1st - July 3rd
- Term 3: July 24th - September 25th
- Term 4: October 16th -December 18th
Cost:
$20 per class casual visit.
$150 for 10 week term.
Private Health Insurance rebates available or claimable through Home Care Packages (if applicable.)

Target age:
50 Plus
Participants who would not be suitable for the program:
Cognitive impairment: Must be able to follow instructions.
Can have a carer along to assist if required.
Special requirements or conditions:
Comfortable shoes to exercise in.
