Program details
Exercise from the comfort of your home, while being supervised online by your qualified fitness instructor, who has been teaching group fitness classes for over 15 years. Small group class, easy log in via zoom.
- Cardio warm up for 10-15 min, weight bearing exercises using body weight/hand weights, balance and seated or lying stretch.
- Squats, lunges, knee raise, side leg lifts
- Bicep curls, upright rows, lateral/rotator cuff and triceps
- Glutes, back and Ab exercises
Please note: small hand weights or filled water bottles required for weight bearing exercises and participants are encouraged to participate in floor work (if possible).

Cost:
Cost per visit: $20 casual rate per class or $15 (per class) paid in advance for the term
Target age:
50 Plus
Participants who would not be suitable for the program:
Not suitable for dementia/cognitive impairment, post-surgery or walking aids
Special requirements or conditions:
Comfortable clothing and supportive shoes in a well ventilated room (bottle of water & exercise mat)
Minimum experience:
Beginner
Leader qualifications:
Fitness Leader - Accredited
Fitness Leader - Registered Cert IV
