Join us for a weekly morning stroll through the Eastern Creek Quarter Shopping Centre and enjoy the scenic routes and lively atmosphere. Whether you're looking to improve your fitness, meet new people, or simply enjoy a leisurely walk, our walking group is perfect for you.

Sign up today via the link below, bring your comfortable shoes and meet us outside Live Well Health Club every Wednesday at 9.00 am. It's free to participate, and all ages and fitness levels are welcome.

- Those with dementia or cognitive impairment
- Those who are post-surgery
- Those with walking aids
- Those who are unable to go up and down stairs at a normal pace
