$20 per class - casual basis
OR
$15 per class when you book and pay for 5 consecutive sessions ($75)
Individual home sessions $75 per visit
Target age:
50 Plus
Participants who would not be suitable for the program:
- Those who are post-surgery
- Those who are unable to go up one step
Special requirements or conditions:
Participants should bring water and a towel.
