Program details

Aqua classes provide a combination of high and low intensity movements designed to give a great workout without the impact.

The use of aqua equipment in deep and shallow water allows for a variety of aerobic moves. 

Opening hours:

• Monday - 9.30am
• Tuesday - 9.30am 
• Wednesday - 8.30am

Cost:

Casual cost $20 per class
Local LGA pensioners casual cost $13 per class

Target age:

50 Plus

Minimum experience:

Beginner

Leader qualifications:

Fitness Leader - Accredited
