Program details

We offer a variety of styles of dance to women who have no dance or fitness backgrounds. You are never to large, old or unfit to join we love working with everyone. 

If you would like to gain confidence, become stronger and make friends for life Pole Catz Tweed Heads just might be for you.

Casual Pole Fitness $25
6 Week Pole and Dance Fitness Courses $150

Target age:

50 Plus

Participants who would not be suitable for the program:

Classes are suitable for able bodied participants who have a small amount of fitness and have been cleared by their doctor.

Special requirements or conditions:

Bring a towel and water bottle.

Fitness Leader - Registered Cert III
