Program details
Hydrotherapy is a water-based exercise class run by accredited exercise physiologists to assist with rehabilitation, chronic conditions and overall improvement of well-being.
Opening hours:
- Tuesday 9.30am (spring and summer only)
Cost:
Casual cost $20 per class.
Local LGA pensioners casual cost $8.50 per class.
*Price as per 24/25 fees and charges. All prices increase on the 1st of July each year. Please check in centre for up to date costs
