Qigong (pronounced "chi-gong") is an ancient Chinese practice that combines meditation, breathwork, and gentle movement to enhance mental, physical and spiritual well-being. In this Spring Forest Qigong course, you will rejuvenate the body, mind and spirit through accessible techniques suitable for all ages and abilities.

The movements are slow, gentle and it is recommended for everyone to practice at their own pace and can be practiced sitting, standing or lying down. This beautiful practice will bring increased vitality & inner balance helping you to cultivate a healthier and happier life.

Join me in:

  • Integrating Qigong into daily life to cultivate a more vibrant and joyful way of living
  • Enhancing energy levels through breathwork, movement and meditation
  • Improving mental clarity and focus by harmonising mind and body
  • Supporting physical and emotional healing with Qigong's gentle yet powerful healing techniques

The session goes for 1 hour, this includes 30 minutes gentle movement exercise followed by 30 minute meditation.

Please do not eat 30 minutes prior or after the session, drinking water is ok.

Opening hours:

There are 2 options for dates:

  1. Tuesday 6 May to Tuesday 1 July: 6:00pm to 7:00pm
  2. Friday 9 May to Friday 4 July: 6:00pm  to 7:00pm

These courses are run for a 9 week term.

50 Plus

Special requirements or conditions:

Comfortable clothes and shoes, please have a water bottle.
Yoga mat for those who wish to participate in the entire activity lying down.
