Program details
Stepping On is a 7-week program to help prevent falls and improve strength and balance.
The program includes a combination of education on the main risk factors that lead to falls as well as exercises to help improve your strength and balance.
To register for the program please call the referral line on 9369 0400.
Opening hours:
Stepping On runs 4 times a year.
Tuesdays 1pm to 3pm.

65 Plus
Participants who would not be suitable for the program:
People with cognitive impairment and progressive neurological conditions
Peolple who use a walking frame indoors
Minimum experience:
Beginner
