Program details

TOTAL BODY WORKOUT is a 50 minute circuit style workout, which includes functional exercises that incorporate strength, balance and mobility. 

This class allows you to work at your own pace and ability allowing for modifications and adjustment to intensity levels.

A variety of equipment is used during the class, including weights, resistance bands, balance pads and mat work.

Opening hours:

Every Monday and Friday (except Good Friday)

  • 10am - 10.50 am

Cost:

Casual Fee: $12 per person per class
10 Class Pass is available for $110

Target age:

50 Plus

Languages spoken other than English:

Italian

Participants who would not be suitable for the program:

Those not able to get down or up from the floor without assistance.

Special requirements or conditions:

Your own mat preferred, however, mats are available. Please bring your own towel.

Minimum experience:

Intermediate

Leader qualifications:

Fitness Leader - Registered Cert IV

Easily accessible with plenty of parking. No stairs. Toilets, including disabled on site.
