Program details
The School of Strength runs four Strength and Mobility sessions for our older population.
We have 2 sessions for older ladies, and 2 sessions for older men.
These group sessions focus on functional movement, namely the squat, hip hinge, overhead pressing, upper body pushing and pulling, as well as getting a stronger core and improving your cardiovascular health.
Don't worry if your body doesn't move like it should, we can tailor our sessions based on your capacity and capability.
Be prepared to chat about life, enjoy a laugh and a giggle, all while working your body and mind!
Opening hours:
Older Ladies sessions:
- Monday 9am
- Friday 8am
- Tuesday 11am
- Thursday 9am
Cost:
Cost per session is $17.50.
Target age:
55 Plus
Special requirements or conditions:
Bring a towel and a smile.
Minimum experience:
Beginner
Leader qualifications:
Fitness Leader - Accredited
Fitness Leader - Registered Cert III
Fitness Leader - Registered Cert IV
Sports Coach
