ActiveStrongerBetter Yoga sessions include a chair based or chair assisted gentle yoga style class. 

With movements that include a challenge to balance and stability through a range of strategies. Each session concludes with a gentle cool down and mindfulness.

If you require a support worker in every day activities, then the support worker should attend and exercise with you.
